Biography
Professor Zhao Jianguo, Doctor of Engineering, Postdoctoral Fellow, Second-Class Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at Taiyuan University of Technology, and Guest Researcher at the National Engineering Laboratory for Carbon Fiber Preparation Technology. He is a National Advanced Worker, a recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal, a Deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, a recipient of the New Century Excellent Talents Award from the Ministry of Education, an Outstanding Young Academic Leader of Shanxi Higher Education Institutions, an Academic and Technical Leader of Shanxi Province, a Young and Middle-Aged Top Innovative Talent of Shanxi Higher Education Institutions, an Emerging Industry Leadership Talent of Shanxi Province, and a Top Outstanding Talent of the "Sanjin Talents" Program. He currently serves as Director of the Engineering Research Center for Coal-Based Ecological Carbon Sequestration Technology, Ministry of Education, and Director of the Key Laboratory of Graphene Application in Forestry, National Forestry and Grassland Administration at Shanxi Datong University. His research primarily focuses on the preparation and application of novel carbon materials, including coal-based ecological carbon sequestration technologies, graphene, and carbon/carbon composites. He has successively led over 50 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, provincial and ministerial-level research programs, international cooperation projects, and industry-sponsored collaborative research funds. He has published more than 200 academic papers.
