2026 (13th) China International Graphene Innovation Conference Officially Launched

2026-06-30 · 大会组委会

The "China International Graphene Innovation Conference" is an annual global graphene industry event jointly initiated by the China Graphene Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance (CGIA) in collaboration with authoritative graphene organizations from the EU, the UK, Malaysia, Brazil, Australia, and other countries. Having been successfully held for twelve sessions, it is now one of the largest and most influential comprehensive exchange and cooperation platforms in the global graphene field. The "2026 China International Graphene Innovation Conference" will be co-hosted by the China Graphene Industry Innovation Strategic Alliance (CGIA) and CHINT Group, and will be held in Wenzhou (Yueqing) from November 13 to 15, 2026.

This conference will align with major national strategic needs, provide comprehensive support for the layout of national strategic emerging industries, continuously consolidate the core material support for new quality productive forces, and explore pathways for industry breakthroughs. With a focus on the graphene application market, the conference aims to deeply integrate graphene innovation achievements with industrial applications, promoting the graphene industry's transition to a new stage of high-quality development. Concurrently, the Alliance will collaborate with global partner organizations during the conference to upgrade Wenzhou into an international platform for graphene industry exchange and cooperation, deepening global collaborative synergy across the graphene industry chain, supply chain, innovation chain, and talent chain.

The organizing committee plans to jointly establish industry-specific thematic forums with multiple Fortune 500 companies, including State Grid, CNPC, Sinopec, CNCEC, CNBM, CRRC, BYD, Jiangfeng Electronics, Haier Group, and CHINT Group, covering fields such as electrical equipment, energy, thermal management, composite materials, vehicles, agriculture, aerospace, and defense. Additionally, a series of special forums will be held, including an International Cooperation Roundtable and the 2026 China Graphene Industry Development Symposium. The committee also intends to continue co-organizing the Graphene Investment Forum with Bank of China, CICC, CITIC Securities, and relevant industrial funds. In parallel, the 2026 China International Graphene Material Application Expo will be held. At that time, over a thousand distinguished experts, scholars, graphene company leaders, market application customer representatives, and investment institution delegates from around the world—including Nobel laureates in graphene—will gather in Wenzhou to jointly explore a new green development future.

After the conference, the organizing committee, together with relevant entities, will submit a joint report on the exchange outcomes to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology, and other relevant departments, to serve as advisory opinions for government policy-making in the industry.

Hereby, the organizing committee sincerely welcomes people from all walks of life to continue supporting and participating in the "2026 (13th) China International Graphene Innovation Conference."
