重庆墨希科技 首席科学家
　　史浩飞，中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院研究员，微纳制造与系统集成研究中心主任，重庆墨希科技有限公司首席科学家。近5年来主要从事石墨烯薄膜材料规模化制备与应用研究，带领团队突破了大面积单层石墨烯薄膜的制备工艺，建立了规模化生产线，并在石墨烯触控面板、智能传感、光电探测、柔性器件等领域开展了深入的应用研究。发表高水平学术论文40余篇，申请发明专利100余项，主持科技部863、工信部工业强基、国家自然基金、省部科技攻关等项目十余项，带领团队获省部级技术发明一等奖1项，省部级科技进步一等奖1项，入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。

Abstract: Flexible touch screen and display are promising applications for monolayer graphene film, which may give us a new direction for ITO replacement. Here I will present the recent progress of graphene applications in flexible touch screen and display in our group. The prototype of the flexible mobile devices will be demonstrated, and the opportunities and challenges toward the commercialization will be discussed.
